Nestled between Narragansett and Mount Hope Bay, most of Bristol, RI is filled with stately, historic mansions. Blithewold Mansion is a beautiful seaside garden estate where we’ll experience breathtaking views of Narragansett Bay on our guided tour of the graceful mansion. The holidays are when Blithewold truly shines, beginning in the grand foyer where you will be greeted by a soaring 18-foot Christmas tree. A delicious Afternoon Tea service will be included at Blithewold complete with several types of gourmet tea sandwiches, tasty desserts and Blithewold’s signature tea blend.

We will end our day with a visit to La Salette Shrine in Attleboro where they hold their annual Illuminations with over 300,000 twinkling lights across nearly 10 acres. Stroll through the lighted scenes or board one of the Christmas trolleys for a relaxing ride (additional donation). Browse their extensive collection of international Nativity sets, enjoy a Christmas concert with their talented singing priest or traveling musicians or shop for that perfect present in their gift shop. A Massachusetts tradition for over 70 years!
